Grammy, CMA and ACM nominee Bobby Tomberlin is a hit songwriter and recording artist who has had his songs recorded by artists like Barbra Streisand, Blake Shelton, Willie Nelson, Faith Hill, Kenny Rogers, Josh Turner, Jerry Lee Lewis, Joe Nichols, Pam Tillis, Thompson Square, Rodney Atkins, Joe Diffie, Sylvia, David Nail, Chris Young, and so many more. His hit include One More Day for Diamond Rio, A Good Day To Run for Darryl Worley and Country for Mo Pitney and Bill Anderson. His new album is called Out of Road.
Anita Cochran
Our second hour guest is hit songwriter, recording artist, producer and multi instrumentalist Anita Cochran. Anita was the first first female recording artist to write, produce, write and play multiple instruments on a debut record, which lead to several hits over the course of her career, including (I Wanna Hear A) Cheating Song with Conway Twitty, Good Times and her #1 hit duet with Steve Wariner, What If I Said. Anita also made a foray into acting with a starring role in the TV movie The Ducks of Hazzards in Hollywood, along with writing four songs for the project.
